From eating habits to leisure activities – much of it is influenced by cultural programming. By questioning these patterns, you can find out what truly makes you happy. Maybe you don't even like coffee, even though everyone around you is constantly talking about it. Or you want to try yoga, even though you come from a family of football fans. Be brave and follow your own path!

Reflection and Openness

A cool question you should ask yourself regularly is: "What do I need right now?" I've noticed that needs change over time. What is important to you now might not have even been on your radar a year ago. Think about it: As a leader, you can't just switch to autopilot. You have to constantly check what you need to stay fully engaged and push doubts aside.


Take Action

Set regular appointments for your own growth. This could be, for example, 30 minutes a day where you get inspired and learn new things. Read a book, listen to an inspiring podcast, or learn a new language. Changes are necessary to bring out the best in you. Do you really think you can always give your best in the same environment and with the same methods? Of course not!


What Truly Makes You Happy

If you've been doubting lately whether you're using your strengths effectively, ask yourself: Are you in a situation that doesn't suit you? What do you need right now to get back on track? Maybe you need more rest, maybe more action. Maybe more interaction or more time for yourself. It's important to regularly take a step back and be honest with yourself.
